In this post I’m going to be giving you a review of the Fat Decimator System, and what’s most important about this review is that I actually bought it and I think that’s gonna be able to give you a more honest perspective.
I’m going to tell you what I do like about it & I’m also going to tell you what I don’t like about it and that way it will help you make a decision as to whether it is something you want to use for your weight loss journey.
So, let’s talk about what I didn’t like first.
When I first bought this course I paid my money and normally that’s it. However with this course when you get to the Thank You page it says 10 or 20 percent complete. Yep, you know whats coming next – there are a ton of up-sells. There are actually 7 pages of up-sells before you can finish your order. Now, I understand marketing and , you know, it probably works for them but it doesn’t stop the whole process from being annoying. I believe it’s something that you need to be aware of but don’t get me wrong, not all the up-sells are bad I just don’t like that they force you to have to go through so many of them before you can actually get the product.
The only up-sell that I probably would buy would be the audio version because there’s also a lot of information in this product and, coming in at about 131 pages there’s a lot to read. Now I’m a busy person so I really would like to have something I can just put on my phone and listen to in my car because it’s good information.
It covers topics such as:
- Your body mass ratio
- The real deal with carbohydrates.
- Are carbohydrates really as bad as they say they are?
- How there is no bad food group at all, it’s just a matter of how much you eat and when you eat.
- Intermittent fasting and so on..
As I say, there’s a lot of good stuff and then it also covers Organifi which is a well known product as well. The guide leaves it open for what you want to eat so it’s not like there’s just a big list of recipes like I was expecting. Instead, it just tells you which foods, fruits and so on are allowed and it just gives you a framework to operate in. From there you create your own menu and I think that’s best because a lot of diet plans just have these really straight menus where what you can eat and what you can’t. I understand that logic because you know some people just want one of those “do what it says to do” plans but I like that it gives you the flexibility because, if you can decide how you want to eat then you’re more likely to stick with it.
So it just gives you a set of guidelines which are broken up into four phases
- Phase 1 is where you’re basically cutting out the carbs. You’re only drinking water (just so you know there a lot of low carb diets that you drink milk so, for you soda fans,be prepared for that okay)
- Phase 2 is where you’re gonna start doing your fasting. You’re gonna do a 24 hour fat fast.
- Phase 3 is where you’re gonna be doing different kinds of food groups.
- Phase 4 is where is towards the end of the 21 days you will begin to ease back into the normal world.
Another thing I really like is that it gives you a plan and tells you how to ease back into normal life to prevent you from gaining the weight because that’s one of the biggest things most diets fail on.
I mean, with any diet you can lose weight, but the big problem is once you get off the diet you’re right back to where you started in most cases. So this diet gives you good tips on what you need to do in order to prevent yourself from putting that weight back on while still living a relatively normal life. And it also has some really good exercises. Now, if you are like me, you probably don’t like a lot of cardiovascular exercise but, actually, in this case that’s a good thing because cardiovascular exercises are actually the least effective kind when it comes to burning fat. If you do some sort of weight training, something that will build up your muscle mass then you will burn more fat and you’ll turn your body into a fat-burning machine. Compare this to straight cardio where you spend an hour on the treadmill but once you get off the treadmill you’ll keep burning fat for about maybe an extra thirty minutes, whereas if you built those muscles up you’re gonna be burning fat for hours and hours. So, that’s important and you do need to know that kind of detail.
Other than that I would say this is actually a pretty good system. It is something that I would recommend but it may not be for everyone. I would definitely check it out first, know yourself, and make sure that it is something that is right for you. I also like that it has a 60-day money-back guarantee so if you going through this and it is not working for you then you can just get your money back.
Anyway thank you for your time I hope it works for you.
